By simply reserving fifteen minutes a day to consider where they have been and where they are going, readers may, as Seth promises, reconnect to truth, live greatness in every waking moment, and find true happiness and fulfillment. What a blessing this guidebook is, a winner by all accounts.

Helpful Guide

I received a copy of the book through the LibraryThing.com as part of their Early Reviewer program.
If this book sounds similar to author's previous book "Manual for early living: Reality, A Users guide to the meaning of life", it is because the current book is a "work-book" format extension of the earlier book. Author has greater taken great pains to make the application of the concepts of previous book into real life situations. Videos from author's website complement the exercises.
My favorite part is the chapter on "Preliminary Life Inventory Worksheet" which allows the reader to assess his/her current status and thus facilitates adaptation of the overall lesson plan.
There are almost 100 lessons to learn, each with a Daily Exercise. Each daily exercise has a "Daily Mantra" to start the day with a particular personal mission. The daily exercise ends with a evening meditation which also allows the reader time for personal reflection. At the end of the book is the Life Inventory Worksheet again for comparison with the one reader filled out prior to starting the program.

Cultivate Your Spirit

I received a copy of the book through the Early Reviewer Program of LibraryThing.com (Murshid). After receiving it I dove right in and began ....... in the beginning it all felt a little dorky, writing down goals and listening to a video of someone I knew nothing about. And I would find myself too caught up in other things to do a daily exercise, a mantra and a meditation. After missing a day or two, I would simply start right where I had left off. In about three weeks I noticed how I actually found myself curious and looking forward to what was next. And by then I had also noticed I liked the way I was "processing" or thinking and feeling about things through my day as a direct result. I went back and did another Inventory as well as rewrote or expanded my goals. Watching a daily video online, writing in my programmed guidebook and also adding in the daily meditations (which I added into some I already had been using) all just flow through me so easily now. I am happy to say, it is working for me ....... and I'm very glad I stumbled across the Manual for Living: Reality - A User's Guide to the Meaning of Life and now this Guidebook.
